Who We’re Seeking to Join our Team in the Southern Cone: The Southern Cone Market is on a mission to accelerate the engagement between CPG suppliers and retailers, by strengthening their engagement with their business partners, improving the delivery of critical insights to its clients, but also by expanding to accelerate growth in new sectors, new industries, and new retail. We are looking for a Client Service Specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset, who engages with our clients (retailers and suppliers), and who is excited about: Building thriving relationships within the CPG industry (Retailers and Suppliers) Growing New Businesses in CPG and Retail and expanding into adjacent Channels (Wholesalers, E-Commerce, Convenience, Distributors…) Collaborating with the most important leader CPG companies in the region Acting as a business advisor, turning data into actionable insights to grow our Advisory services. Reporting to our Southern Cone Market Manager, the successful candidate ideally has a University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent, holds 2+ years of experience in consulting, key account sales and/or customer marketing/development roles at a market research firm, large CPG supplier, and/or has held any positions at a grocery and/or online retailer. English fluency is mandatory (please provide your CV in English). The ideal candidate will have strong experience and connectivity with CPG retailers and suppliers and a successful experience in another industry or B2B channel. What Success Looks Like in this Role: Provide organizational, sales and client service approach for the Advantage business in the Southern Cone markets. Specific responsibilities include: Build strong business relationships with our CPG and Retail clients and ensure that they are gaining value and insights from the Advantage program Detect and deliver insightful and impactful presentations and workshops Prepare special reports according to client needs Perform specific interviews to manufacturers and retailers to gather key insights Obtain and manage account contact lists (ACL) from current and prospected clients (manufacturers and retailers) Identify and pursue new business opportunities (prospection) Assist in developing annual business plans and provide Advantage Global with regular reports and updates Support business growth by maximising client retention and increasing market penetration Provide support to the Southern Cone operations and field coordination team Work with the whole Southern Cone team to ensure the client service responsibilities of program management are conducted in a timely and well managed fashion Review of KPI’s to ensure deliverables to clients are within the expected quality levels Work with the Finance teams to ensure alignment to business strategy and processes Where You’ll be Located: This role is home-office based, working remotely. It is very important to have a dedicated and noise-free working area, to ensure focus and avoid distractions during daily activities. Access to high-speed internet is necessary. The candidate could be based in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay or any other Southern Cone country. Travel will be determined based on company needs, as many client presentations and internal meetings may be conducted virtually.
