When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough. We are searching for the best talent for a SPORTS MEDICINE SALES SUPERVISOR to be located in Santiago, Chile. You will be responsible for: * Achieve business targets for assigned territory & business unit. * Build selling strategies and action plans; follow up on their implementation. * Define promotional strategies and its implementation within the Sales Force. * Assure collections accomplishment in the assigned territory, provide support and follow up on collections for each Sales Representative. * Interact continuously with clients to identify their needs and ensure their satisfaction. * Plan and follow up on sales activities for Sales Representatives. * Responsible for People Management processes and results within the reporting working team (participate in selection processes, provide Orientation to new hires, define responsibilities and team objectives, participate in the Performance Management Process, provide opportunities for development and training, provide effective recognition and monitor compensation levels. Cultivate teambuilding and communication across their team). * Monitor changes and trends of healthcare industry for the Segment (competitors and government) and identify possible business opportunities and threats. Qualifications & Requirements * Education level required: Healthcare related Degree, Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar. * Years of Experience: Minimum experience of 5 years in Sales or Sales & Marketing experience on senior roles. * Required experience: experience in multinational companies. Medical Devices experience is desirable. * Required skills: Execution, Results orientation, Leading & Managing projects/people; Customer Orientation, Innovation; Decision Making; Planning and Organizing. * Language: Intermediate English level * 30% of Travel percentage * Location of the role: Santiago, Chile
