As an Invoicing Analyst, you will play a crucial role within our Order to Invoice Chile division, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices and supporting our financial operations. Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoicing procedure ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Review and resolve discrepancies in invoices, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate billing of goods and services. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and related documentation. - Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient invoicing procedures. - Assist in month-end closing activities, including financial reconciliations and reporting. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to invoicing and financial operations.Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience as an Invoicing Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational company. * Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, financial systems, and reporting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. * Experience in SAP - or similar system * Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and discrepancies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment. * Intermediate in English * Fluent Spanish At Johnson & Johnson, we value agility and decisiveness, and we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
